In The Youth Asssembly, we believe that everybody is useful and there is something you can contribute to the work of God. You are stuffed with unique potentials by God for His pleasure. Also our third mission will be fulfilled as you avail yourself to join the workforce and grow to leadership positions. For these reasons, 43 departments have been created to sharpen your potent skills.

1PROTOCOLAttend to the needs of the Pastor/ministers/guest ministers and ensure people behave in an orderly manner during church services
2BOOKSHELFSell of inspiring Books/CD's on Spiritual development, wealth creation, building successful relationships, divine health/healing, growing businesses, managing finances etc - II Timothy 2[15]
3HOUSE FELLOWSHIPCoordinate activities of the various house fellowship centers under the church - Acts 2[46-47].
4WELFARECater for the physical (material/financial) needs church members. Organize periodic outreaches to feed the poor, give to the motherless babies and the sick in hospitals - Deut 15[7-8]
5A MOUTH AND WISDOMOrganize forums, presentations, seminars, and anchor events using Luke 21[15] 
6SOUP KITCHENPrepare/serve food/drinks/snacks for attendees of special church programmes 
7EVANGELISMCo-ordinate weekly evangelism activities/programs and ralliesacross Eket and neighbouring towns so as to take the city for Christ –b :15-18, Matt 28:19-20}. 
8WORD & SOUNDRecord sermons during church services, burn them on CDs and make them available for sale. Record/Mix/Play music and video clips for special church programs.
9EXTERNAL BEAUTIFICATIONTend and groom flowers & other plants to beautify the church environment.
10TREASURES IN EARTHEN VESSELSProvide a platform for people to realize and develop in built potentials/talents/gifts - 2 Cor 4:7
11UNDERSTOOD BY BOOKSExpose people to the enormous advantages of reading books. Run a library to assist people who might not be able to afford the books they need to read - Daniel 9:2
12ACTS 29Organize drama presentations to minister to people
13DANCEMinisters to people/Praise God through purposeful and inspiring dancing [II Sam 6[14-17, 20-23][Psalm 103:1][Psalm 150:4].
14CAREER DEVELOPMENTOrganize tutorial classes/lectures for students (SSCE, GCE, NECCO JAMB etc). Provide career development  guidance & information needed for students and graduates.
15ASSET MANAGEMENTManage and keep inventory of all church assets/properties and ensure that they are carefully handled/properly used. 
16HOLY POLICESafeguard Church assets and personal belongings of church members within the church premises. Control vehicle traffic during church services. Prepare job seekers for aptitude tests and job interviews.
17MoBS [MOUTH OF BABES AND SUCKLINGS]Lead praise, worship and all other music ministrations
18USHERINGEnsure people are comfortable during services. Clean and arrange the church sanctuary before all services 
19FOLLOW UP/VISITATIONFollow up all first timers and other members through regualar visitation & phone calls text messages to encourage them to remain in the Church/God.
20CORPERS LIAISON UNIT [CLU]Cater for  all Corp (NYSC) members in the church. Reach out to all corp members posted to Eket and invite them to fellowship with the TYA family. 
21SPORTProvide facilities to enable people engage in various indoor and outdoor sporting activities. Organize sporting events and competitions.
22RADIO & TVDisseminate the gospel and special church announcements via radio & TV (local & satellite) broadcast.
